Most of that work happens before anything gets designed. What a company is called, how it sounds, what the site is for, and the order someone moves through it. Layout and color come last. The measure is whether the person who lands on it gets what they came for.

Twenty seven years of this, starting with software I sold at a school fair. Brands, websites, storefronts, and the systems underneath them.

I run the9ines, my agency in Austin.

The rest is my own software. An encrypted transfer protocol, two trading systems, and a voice classifier that runs on device.
