I run the9ines, my agency in Austin. It is brands, websites, and storefronts, and the work starts with what a company is called, how it sounds, and the order someone moves through the site.

the9ines is the agency. The rest is my own software: an encrypted transfer protocol, two trading systems, and a voice classifier that runs on device.
Encrypted transfer
Bolt Protocol
Bolt Protocol is a specification for encrypted device-to-device file transfer, with a Rust reference implementation. Files move directly between sender and receiver, and the rendezvous service drops out once the two sides are introduced.
Trading
hyperclaude
A perpetuals trading system driven over Telegram. It pulls live data from eight exchanges, returns a trade proposal, and waits for a one word confirmation before it executes.
Voice
TinyIntent
Voice commands spoken on an iPhone, carried out on a Mac. A small on-device classifier decides whether a request is handled locally or escalated.
Market making
Market Making Bot
Quotes both sides of the Hyperliquid order book and manages inventory. A runtime sentinel watches for invariant violations and latches a pause after three of them, with no automatic unpause.
